William LeedsPrior to founding Leeds Consulting Group LLC, Leeds spent 20 years as president of The Leeds Company, a leading outbound telemarketing company specializing in testing messages and developing  highly qualified business prospects for its high technology clients. Mr. Leeds has an MBA in marketing from UCLA and is the co-author of three books on telemarketing, including the best selling Power Selling by Telephone. His extensive experience includes 35 years of market research, marketing strategy planning, and sales and marketing management for leading high technology companies.

Thijs Menzel, Senior Consultant.  Past Vice President of Operations for The Leeds Company where he  also served as Account Manager and IT Manager. Mr. Menzel's strong background in high technology markets, as well as specific knowledge in the operation of computers, software and Internet related systems, proved invaluable in targeting market applications in highly technical projects over his 10-year tenure. 

Robin Koeller, Senior Consultant.  Prior to working with LCG, Ms. Koeller owned an electronics manufacturers representative agency for eight years.  She represented world class lines in the electronic component industry bringing to Leeds vast knowledge in the high tech, medical instrumentation, industrial and computer markets.  Mrs. Koeller has 20+ years experience in account management, customer relations and most importantly, closing the deal.  She has won numerous awards including Presidents Award for Sales Achievement from Tyco Electronics.

Rich Menear, LCG Senior Associate, has more than 15 years of experience in outbound sales, business development and lead generation.  Mr. Menear’s background includes serving as: general partner Abacus Financial; outbound telesales/account manager for Full Spectrum Lending (Countrywide Home Loans); outbound telesales and underwriting manager for Conseco Finance; Senior telesales account executive for Visa and MasterCard private label division.

Anne Virnig, Project Manager, previously Ms. Virnig lived and worked in  London.  She has worked for major publishing companies establishing telemarketing teams. She has international work experience in advertising and marketing representing global territories. She has  worked with Leeds Consulting Group for two and a half years.

Beverly Monte Calvo, Project Manager.  Ms. Monte Calvo,  brings 25 + years of marketing, sales, management, and customer service related experience.  From her early tenure as a copywriter for a major travel company in London, England, Ms..Monte Calvo  has worked in the medical eesearch, electronic component production and financial industries, having most recently owned and operated her own retail business.  She has been actively involved in public relations efforts and instrumental in developing community marketing and branding strategies, conducting long-term planning and budgeting.

DeDe Campbell, LCG Senior Associate, has extensive experience in telesales, account management, customer relations and market research primarily for technical companies.  Ms. Campbell's background includes 4 years, customer relations and inside sales of medical software to physician offices, residencies, hospitals and physician organizations for Medifor/Allscripts, Inc.  Prior to this, she worked with Apex Computer as an Account Manager generating UNIX system sales to Fortune 500 companies and other businesses.  She also worked for Chronology Corporation for 3.5 years as Account Executive selling digital design software to engineers at Fortune 500 companies.   

 

Sallie Damberg, Ms. Danbert has been with LCG for three years.  Prior to LCG, she was Director of Marketing for The Marlo Group in Los Angeles and responsible for all sales and marketing for this public affairs, communications firm specializing in film and video production, event planning and management. She helped create physician and patient education videos for pharmaceutical and medical device companies, as well as hospitals.  Ms..Danberg  earned a BA in Communications from Washington State University

 

Dr. Doris Braun Newkirk, began her career as an registered nurse. She taught at Arizona State University and the Maricopa Community Colleges for over 27 years. Her Master's degree's are in Adult Education and Training and Art History. She received her Doctorate in Psychotherapy from Ottawa University. Upon relocating to the Pacific Northwest, she was the Clinical Director of Seattle Children's Home for eight years and the Educational Director for Seattle Educational Advancement Academy before joining LCG.
