Leeds Consulting Group LLC's telemarketer training format includes a two day session. The first day includes a summary of those techniques which LCG has found to be most effective over the past 20 years in communicating product and service benefits, plus the application of these techniques to your firm's specific telemarketing strategy. The second day includes caller monitoring and adjustments with your personnel in actual on-phone delivery.
