Establishing e-Marketing Programs

There are four stages in establishing an e-Marketing program:

1.  Needs Assessment/Strategy Session:

During this stage LCG will provide a detailed questionnaire to assist clients in examining their entire marketing strategy and processes to determine the goals, objectives and specific methods for implementing and e-Marketing program.  Target customer profiles and the overall marketing messages will be reviewed as they specifically relate to e-Marketing. Market research issues may be identified for which LCG might be engaged to investigate separately or within the program.

 2.  Pilot Campaign Creation and Launch:

Once the strategy has been reviewed and assessed, LCG will assist you in developing a pilot outbound e-Mail campaign.  This includes devising an offer, creating the email message, sourcing opt-in list providers, creating the response web site.

 3.  Tracking, Evaluation and Follow up:  

Tracking and reporting mechanisms will provide you  with measurements and statistics on each campaign.  LCG will provide you with statistics on the number of people that have responded to the campaign, track the prospect through the web site and to track the conversion rate of all click-throughs responding to the offer. 

In addition, a system is set up for delivery of all leads developed by the e-mail campaign. The information gathered for all leads can be e-mailed to designated individuals both at client location and LCG for follow up calling.  Any information captured in registration forms can be e-mailed to the appropriate parties for further development and/or qualification.

LCG will make an overall evaluation of the campaign and follow up recommendations to revise the campaign or develop additional campaigns for subsequent launches.

4.  In-house Set up: 

After the e-marketing program is proven, LCG can continue to conduct and manage campaigns on an out-sourced basis, or assist you with set up and training for in-house effort. This program can be integrated with a telemarketing effort either to follow up or qualify prospects from the emailing and/or feed prospects into the e-marketing system for continued follow up and lead development. (See "Establishing Outbound Telemarketing" for more details).  This is where Leeds Consulting works with you to help take the program in the direction you need it to go to meet your overall objectives.
