William Leeds, Founder and CEO
Prior to founding Leeds Consulting Group LLC, Bill Leeds spent 20 years as president of The Leeds Company, a leading outbound telemarketing company specializing in testing messages and developing business prospects for its high technology and healthcare clients. Bill has an MBA in marketing from UCLA and is the co-author of three books on telemarketing, including the best selling Power Selling by Telephone. His extensive experience includes 35 years of market research, marketing strategy planning, and sales and marketing management for leading high technology companies. This has included proving the dramatic return on investment from the processes for sales territory management and lead generation now used by LCG to assist its clients.
Thijs Menzel, Principal
Before helping to launch Leeds Consulting Group in 2001, Thijs was the VP Operations for The Leeds Company. Over the past 15 years Thijs has helped to manage and implement inside sales and lead generation programs for over 100 companies, for a wide variety of our clients, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Thijs also brings a strong background for market research programs, data analysis as well as territory management. He has spear headed LCG's program to provide sales management with guidance to analyze sales against potential by industry and county throughout the U.S. as well as the application of processes and procedures to assure management that LCG programs are tracked closely against objectives.
Robin Koeller, Principal
Models best practices for all accounts, such as application of LCG's unique process to ensure our clients have our assistance in strategic planning of sales in each territory, visibility to new opportunity is these territories, tracking return on investment, recommending the appropriate action to pursue untapped market potential and to shorten sales cycles. Prior to working with LCG, Ms. Koeller owned an electronics manufacturers representative agency for eight years. She represented world class lines in the electronic component industry bringing to LCG vast knowledge in the high tech, medical instrumentation, industrial and computer markets. Mrs. Koeller has 20+ years experience in account management, customer relations and most importantly, closing the deal. She has won numerous awards including Presidents Award for Sales Achievement from Tyco Electronics.
DeDe Campbell, Senior Associate
Ms. Campbell has extensive experience in telesales, account management, customer relations and market research primarily for technical companies. Her background includes 4 years of customer relations and inside sales of medical software to physician offices, residencies, hospitals and physician organizations for Medifor/Allscripts, Inc. Prior to this, she worked with Apex Computer as an Account Manager, generating UNIX system sales to Fortune 500 companies and other businesses. She also worked for Chronology Corporation for 3.5 years as Account Executive, selling digital design software to engineers at Fortune 500 companies.
Sallie Damberg, Senior Associate
Ms. Damberg has been with LCG for three years. Prior to LCG, she was Director of Marketing for The Marlo Group in Los Angeles and was responsible for all sales and marketing initiatives. She helped create physician and patient education videos for pharmaceutical and medical device companies and hospitals. Ms. Damberg earned her BA in Communications from Washington State University.
Shelly Knapp, Senior Associate
Ms. Knapp provides fifteen years of extensive sales, marketing, trade promotion and international event management experience. Currently, along with business development responsibilities, Ms. Knapp manages a long-term healthcare sales lead program that has generated 925%-1000% Return-on-Investment for the client.
Ms. Knapp's professional background includes implementing sales and marketing programs and campaigns in diverse markets including medical technology, banking, telecommunications, building products, aerospace and agriculture.
Prior to joining LCG, Ms. Knapp served as Product Marketing Manager for a large international telecommunications corporation. Her experience also includes serving as a Senior Associate for a global public affairs corporation, with a focus on developing international trade and economic development initiatives.
Rich Menear, Senior Associate
With more than 15 years of experience in outbound sales, business development and lead generation, Mr. Menear has served a wide variety of roles, including general partner at Abacus Financial, outbound telesales/account manager for Full Spectrum Lending (Countrywide Home Loans), outbound telesales and underwriting manager for Conseco Finance, and senior telesales account executive for Visa and MasterCard private label division.
Beverly Monte Calvo, Senior Associate
Ms. Monte Calvo brings 25 + years of marketing, sales, management, and customer service related experience. From her early tenure as a copywriter for a major travel company in London, Ms.Monte Calvo has worked in the medical research, electronic component production and financial industries, most recently owning and operating her own retail business. She has been actively involved in public relations efforts and instrumental in developing community marketing and branding strategies, conducting long-term planning and budgeting.
Lisa Schulte, Senior Associate
With over 10 years of Inside sales and customer service background, she brings a strong sense of organization and communication skills to Leeds Consulting Group. Prior to working with LCG, Ms. Schulte worked as the Inside sales manager for an electronics manufacturer's representative agency for 7 years. She won the Presidents Award for Inside Sales Achievement from Tyco Electronics. She has a bachelors degree in Psychology which she earned from the University of Washington.
Michelle Slater, Senior Associate
Offers over 10 years of experience in telemarketing strategies and project management. With a strong background in customer service, sales, and industrial psychology, Michelle is a lead caller on several projects and has lent her skill to training new callers and project guidance. She has taken a unique approach to each project in order to maximize results and create a proven strategy for telemarketing success.
